Get all users from all accounts belonging to the logged in reseller

Get all users (owner or not) from all accounts belonging to the logged in reseller. Optionally, it's possible to filter by user's email so that only the matching user is returned, if it's found. This endpoint can only be used if logged in user belongs to a reseller.
