get http://rest.cameramanager.com/rest/v2.4/resellers/all/accounts/all/users
Get all users (owner or not) from all accounts of all resellers belonging to the logged in distributor. This api call can only be used if logged in user belong to a distributor. Optionally, it's possible to filter by user's email.
