Removes a specific device from the system.
This operation might take few seconds to fully complete after the API call returns successfully.
The device may be rebooted during deletion. Make sure is fully restarted before adding it again
in the system.
Note that a Multi-channel device type can only be removed after all its cameras have been removed. Otherwise a 409 code will be returned.
